You know how gift cards are a great gift option because people love getting them, yet, giving them rarely gets that "wow-factor" you're looking for. When I visited Vivabox's website and saw all of the gift boxes available, I knew that I could shop for my entire gift list right at this site.

In the January 2010 Good Housekeeping Magazine, a test was published on nail polishes that guarantee to be dry in 60 seconds or less. They had professional manicurists paint 250 nails with one coat of polish. After exact 60 seconds, they tested to see if they truly were dry.

The winners? First place goes to Rimmel: 60 Second Nail Polish. After 60 seconds, more than half of the nails were completely dry. (more than half? Isn't that still failing?)

The best news is that both of these polishes are under $5 and can be found at drugstores everywhere. My advice; double or triple the dry time suggested to be safe.
