How was the Shellac Manicure Procedure Different?
I had the french done - It takes about an hour to do the base coat, color or french and top coat and baking time in between coats.
What did You Think of the Shellac Polish?
I had the french done - 3 times now. It tends to peel off at day 3 and comes off completely after 8 or 9 days. I've had two different manicurist's do it thinking maybe it was the application. CND is the brand of shellac. Maybe the colored polish stays on longer, but I have to say it didn't hold up well at all. I am disappointed as this is the only thing that protects my nail and allows length to grow.
Advice
- I wouldn't recommend it as it is costly for only 3 days of good looking non peel / chip nails.
