Collective Wellbeing: Purifying Clay Cleanser - Overview and Directions
Collective Wellbeing: About the Company
The entire Collective Wellbeing line is line you'll want to familiarize yourself with, especially if you're looking for an eco-friendly line. All of their products are free from animal by-products, except honey, beeswax and milk, and the company donates a portion of the profits to eco-friendly organizations. Collective Wellbeing also has a carbon footprint of zero.
About the Cleanser
This cleanser comes in a 5 ounce tube and retails currently for $15. (A steal!) It has a creamy white consistency with a tiny amount of gritty corn meal for slight exfoliation. If that doesn't sound lovely in and of itself, the cleanser is peppered with beautiful specks of cinnamon, which not only add beauty to the product, but makes it smell amazing.
This cleanser is noted as being best for oily, combo and normal skin. It's active ingredients are:
- Cinnamon: for clarifying the skin.
- Kaolin Clay: used frequently in products for oily skin due to its ability to absorb oil.
- Lemongrass Oil: for its astringent properties.
- Tea Tree Oil: which is also used regularly in products for oily skin due to its antiseptic properties.
How to Use
This cleanser is safe to use morning and night. Apply to wet skin and rinse well after skin is cleansed.
Collective Wellbeing: Purifying Clay Cleanser - Our Thoughts
We don't know how we've gone so long without Collective Wellbeing products being on our radar. This cleanser is a treat to use, leaving our skin obviously smoother and more clarified. We love that we get the Kaolin clay benefits in a quick cleanser verses a more lengthy mask - where you normally find Kaolin.
Priced at only $15 for a full 5 ounces, there is absolutely no reason that you shouldn't try Purifying Clay Cleanser if you're looking for a new cleaner and fall in the oily, combo or normal range. But you can't have ours! We're in love!
