The Bottom Line

Yum! We love the fantastic scent of orange which was obvious from the second we opened the foil. The scrub worked well, and didn't leave the greasy residue that some oily scrubs are known for.

Pros

  • No mixing required
  • Amazing citrus scent
  • No extra packaging which is just waste
  • Left skin soft and moisturized without feeling greasy

Cons

  • Directions to use 2 times a day is just too much (see review)

  • 60 Second Mani-Pedi contains 12 ounces of product and retails for $25.
  • Barielle is a line full of hand, foot and nail care products that has been around for over 30 years.

Guide Review - Barielle: 60 Second Mani-Pedi

Barielle: 60 Second Mani-Pedi is a citrus-scented product lover's dream come true. This beautiful orange scrub smells good enough to eat.

One thing that sometimes turns us off about oil scrubs is the need to stir or shake them to mix them back up. There's no need to do that with Barielle's 60 Second Mani-Pedi. The salt and oil are completely mixed with no need to stir.

The consistency of the oil and salt is perfect, allowing the scrub to be applied and moved in circular movements without it crumbling off. After a brief 1 minute massage, the crystals rinse off and dissolve quickly with the water leaving a hydrating layer of scented oil on your skin.

As always, using an oil-based product in the shower or tub will leave a slippery film on the base, so take caution. For an at-home pedicure treatment, try using a dish tub to soak your feet in.

After rinsing, your skin is left feeling moisturized without being greasy at all, as the oil quickly is absorbed into the skin.

The ingredients in Barielle's 60 Second Mani-Pedi are top notch and include Dead Sea Salts to exfoliate and Mango Seed Butter combined with Soybean, Avocado, Jojoba, Rice Bran and Grape Seed Oil to moisturize.

The directions tell you to use twice a day for an entire week and as needed there after. While exfoliating is the only way to get smooth hands and feet, we really feel like 2 times a day is major overkill. You really don't need to (and shouldn't!) exfoliate your hands and feet 14 times in one week. Our advice is to use it 2-3 times a week from the beginning. You'll notice results from the very first use.

We would absolutely purchase this for ourselves or for a gift, as the scent is such a happy scent. It's available online and in many retail stores across the country.
