ARTDECO, known for it's luxurious products made in Germany has hit a home-run with this amazing Regenerating Hand Mask. You can purchase it at Walgreens as part of it's "European Beauty Collection" which consists of 7 skin care companies from Europe.
While $25 may seem like a lot for a hand treatment, you will be simply amazed at just how soft your hands are after you use this product only once. Coming in a box, you'll receive 1.69 ounces of product, a spoon-like spatula and washable cotton gloves. You'll need about 15-20 minutes for the treatment, but feel free to do this before bed to wake up with the softest hands imaginable.
When you open this product, you can help but take a big smell of the indulgent almond fragrance. Almond oil is known for its moisturizing benefits, and is the second ingredient listed in this hand mask. Instructions tell you to wash your hands first, but I would recommend giving your hands a quick exfoliation. I used La Fleur Organique's Exfoliating Scrub, but you can use whatever you have on hand. After drying your hands, apply a layer of Regenerating Hand Mask and then apply the cotton gloves. The cream is very thick, almost like thick frosting. When applying to your hands, it envelopes your hands immediately. The gloves are tight fitting, so you are able to continue on with your day. (I could type with no problem.)
When I took off the gloves, most of the mask had sunk in, but the few areas that remained were simply massaged until it soaked in. My hands were amazingly soft, and my nails looked hydrated, shiny and strong.
If your hands are dry or you think your hands look older than what you'd like, this product will help. It plumps your hands full of moisture which in turn make fine lines on your hands disappear or diminish. Use once or twice a week for regular maintenance. A little goes a long way.
