I'd like to think that everyone wears enough sunscreen to never have to deal with a sun burn ever again, but I know that isn't reality. (It's my goal though!) So what do you do when you get a sun burn?
Before we talk about sunburn, are you applying enough sunscreen? You should be applying a shot glass full of sunscreen on your body, and a teaspoon on your face alone. Reapply every 2 hours or more if you're in the water or sweating a lot. Sun Burns can be extremely uncomfortable and down right painful. Second, you need to soothe your sunburn; aloe works best. Follow the rest of my sunburn relief tips to help make an uncomfortable situation the easiest possible.
