Halloween 2009

Halloween is tomorrow, are you ready? Do you have a stellar costume, or are you completely lacking in good ideas. I always fall into the 2nd category.

I’m usually in your camp, but this year I’m going as a bloody Tippi Hedren from “The Birds.” Of course I have not even shopped for the outfit yet.

Loved the make up tips for halloween, very useful to those of us who are last minute and scouring the web for ideas and a made up face is always a focal point…. when done right the rest of the costume you throw together isn’t as noticeable.

I think the problem is not wearing costumes but, the drinking, puking, shouting and general level of mayhem and disruption caused. Of course the trains are owned by the train company and it is within their rights to ask the police to prevent their property being used as a venue for a boozarama. You would think people might just respect their wishes and have a party somewhere else but its just another case of some gaijin just doing what they want and playing the victim when they are asked not to.

Never mind the fact that the authorities in almost any other country would clamp down on turning the public transport intoa party venue for the evening.
